Professionalism - Competence & Helpfulness Our experiences with Alexandra and Jürgen were characterized by their professionalism and willingness to help at any time of the day. They were an absolutely competent help, especially when filling out the many forms. Although time was short, we got an appointment with a notary the day before departure, which took a lot of effort out of us in Germany.
