Kitchen/Dining Room: Make your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that offers seating for two. On the other side of the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom offers you a King-size bed and has direct access to the lanai; adjacent is a large bathroom with shower, two separate sinks and separate bathtub.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The other two guest bedrooms featuring a Queen and two Twin beds, and two bathrooms are at the opposite side of the house.

Lanai/Pool/Dock: Outside, right next to the extra wide kitchen window you will find under the canopy roof a dining table for six. Two sun loungers and, of course, the solar heated pool will help you to de-stress. You can also spend quiet hours at the sun deck along the Gulf access canal and work on your Florida tan. If you like fishing this is a great place for catching almost any fish that is also out in the Gulf of Mexico.

And just in case you want to dive into action, the 5-mile-long Del Prado Boulevard with its variety of shopping centers, restaurants downtown nightlife and bars is just 5 minutes away by car. To top it all off, you should bring your own or rent a motor boat as the house has access to the Gulf of Mexico via the extensive (about 400 miles long) canal system of Cape Coral. Actually, this vacation home has everything you need and we are sure you will enjoy a perfect Florida vacation.
